Fintech

TLT’s specialist team helps clients in various ways, from protecting and exploiting their intellectual property to entering into technology contracts. The team also supports businesses on the set up of the right corporate structure for their business, how to buy, sell or collaborate with other businesses and raise early stage capital. We help navigate financial services and data protection regulations and secure appropriate premises.
As well as suppliers, we act for financial services firms looking to partner with fintech providers or procure their services. These range from major UK, European and global banks, to merchant acquirers, insurance providers, private equity and venture capital investors and loan providers.
Many of our team have worked in the financial services and technology industries and know the challenges it faces.
