Experience
Our team members have:
- Provided advisory support to several firms on Skilled Person reviews, including motor finance commissions and affordability.
- Provided advice and assistance to design appropriate governance arrangements to meet regulatory requirements, including within-group arrangements for a wide range of clients from retailers, telecoms providers, building societies, funeral plan businesses and consumer credit firms.
- Provided bespoke advice on the application of SMCRs to clients.
- Assisted clients in developing appropriate regulatory models within wider group entities
- Advised clients on range of regulatory changes such as Consumer Duty, Consumer Credit regulation, treatment of vulnerable customers and funeral plan regulation.
- Developed bespoke policy suites for clients to help them meet their conduct risk requirements.
- Advised UK mortgage providers and specialist lenders on the development and launch of commercial and residential mortgage products, including intergenerational and shared ownership mortgage products.
- Prepared senior managers from building societies, payment firms and consumer credit firms for interviews with regulators.
- Assisted a range of firms from consumer credit, building societies, payments, retailers, funeral plan providers, telecoms providers and retailers in their engagement with the FCA, including notifications.
- Provided support to motor finance providers on their engagement with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
