Associate

Calum is an associate in the Competition and Regulatory team. His experience covers a range of competition, regulatory and consumer law matters.
Calum has experience in a range of competition matters, including litigation in the Court of Appeal and collective proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal in the context of Abuse of Dominance competition law infringements (Chapter II Prohibition). He also has experience with other anti-competitive behaviours (Chapter I Prohibition) such as cartels and director disqualification relating to competition law infringements. He advises in relation to merger control matters and compliance with the National Security and Investment Act 2021, as well as state aid/subsidy control matters.
He also has experience in providing a variety of regulatory advice to clients operating in many sectors, including digital markets, energy, retail, and telecommunications sector.
