Managing Associate
Catherine is a Managing Associate our Financial Services Regulation team.
She acts for a range of financial institutions, banks and building societies. Her consumer finance work covers bank accounts, credit cards, loans, motor finance, overdrafts and savings.
Catherine has in-house experience from previous secondments to bank legal teams. She can add value on legal, regulatory and mandatory change projects.

- Advising on savings and personal current account terms and conditions updates driven by regulatory change
- Advising on consumer credit post contractual notices and remediation exercises
- Advising on supporting customers in financial difficulty
- Undertaking consumer duty customer journey and documentation reviews
