He predominantly advises on payments and other financial services matters, providing specialist advice to large-scale businesses including banks, payment service providers and retailers in respect of merchant acquiring and broader payment services provision and procurement, as well as complex FS partnership and referral arrangements.
Ed also regularly advises clients across retail, leisure and other sectors on a range of commercial contracts and arrangements, including core trading terms, strategic supply, distribution and manufacturing agreements and IP assignments and licences.
Ed provides commercially focused advice which is tailored to the needs of clients and key stakeholders and has completed long term secondments with a major bank and a national supermarket.
