Lili is a Legal Director in TLT’s Digital, Data and Commercial team with a strong focus on product counsel work at the intersection of data protection, digital regulation, and AI.

She advises UK and international clients on the legal and regulatory issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of digital products and services, from design and development through to launch, scaling, and ongoing optimisation.

Lili works closely with product, marketing, compliance, and engineering teams to help them navigate complex and fast evolving regulatory frameworks. Her practice spans data protection and privacy by design, AI governance, online safety, cybersecurity, and platform regulation, as well as UK and EU consumer protection, digital marketing and advertising law. She regularly supports clients on GDPR compliance, data sharing and commercial arrangements, cross border data transfers, and the regulatory implications of emerging technologies, including AI enabled and data driven products.

Drawing on experience gained in private practice, in house legal teams, and regulatory bodies including the European Commission, Lili brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to digital and consumer regulation. Her background enables her to translate regulatory risk into clear and actionable guidance, helping businesses embed compliance into product and go to market strategies while supporting innovation and growth. Lili is a trusted advisor to organisations operating in highly regulated digital and consumer facing environments.
