Managing Associate

Nichola is a managing associate in the banking and finance team and joined TLT in 2021.
She has extensive experience of acting for a wide variety of borrower and lender clients, including: local, national and international banks; funds; corporate entities; public sector bodies; and private individuals.
Her practice spans secured and unsecured lending, corporate finance, refinance, restructuring, securitisations, invoice and trade finance, and general banking work.
Nichola has been recognised as a Key Lawyer by the Legal 500 UK 2021 & 2022 and named Associate to Watch in Chambers and Partners UK 2022.

- Acting borrower side for an English property group in connection with the advance of a GBP 18.2M development loan facility to refinance investment property in Bristol, England.
- Acting lender side for a national bank in connection with the advance of loan facilities with an aggregate value of GBP 18.5M to refinance a commercial retail unit in Newry, Northern Ireland.
