Sam has extensive experience resolving complex and high value commercial disputes.
He regularly advises major clients on a range of claims, including telecoms disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, procurement challenges and contentious data litigation. Sam also has significant experience advising clients on media disputes, including defamation and reputation management.
Sam has experience in successfully resolving disputes in alternative dispute resolution forums, in particular mediation.
Sam provides strategic and pragmatic high quality advisory services to clients, by taking the time to understand their objectives and focusing on achieving bespoke solutions, in order to help drive the success of clients.
Sam previously spent 2 years working in-house as Disputes Counsel at a multinational telecommunications company.
