We have recently acted on a number of high profile cases involving team moves.
We advise employers on the drafting of bespoke restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions to best protect business interests.
Recent cases include:
- Acting for a recruitment agency in a successful application for interim injunctive relief and delivery up of confidential information and company property;
- Acting for a large retail client in recovering confidential information and enforcing post–termination restrictions; and
- Acting for five individual defendants who were former employees of a recruitment agency as well as acting for their new employer, a competitor recruitment agency. [Affinity Workforce Solutions Ltd v McCann [2019] EWHC 2829 (Ch)]
