She has experience across a broad range of technology arrangements, from SaaS and open source solutions to on-premises software, hardware, and associated support and maintenance services.
Ana has a particular focus on technology and outsourcing in the financial services sector. She works with banks and building societies on strategic technology projects, including arrangements involving third party technology providers and related regulatory requirements.
Ana also advises clients in the retail, technology and consumer brands sectors on the procurement of new technology solutions. She has worked with public sector clients, including a government department, on the development of sample contractual clauses addressing software security and resilience. Before moving into private practice, Ana spent over 10 years in-house at a Microsoft Gold Partner, where she prepared and negotiated contracts with national and global customers.

- Ana recently completed an extended secondment to a major UK bank, advising on technology contracts and projects. She supported the negotiation of outsourcing and non-outsourcing arrangements and managed their remediation in line with regulatory requirements.
