Experience

  • Advising Bank of Ireland on the outsourcing of the administration and account handling functions for a portfolio of white label savings products with a combined value of over £350 million.
  • Advising WHSmith on the outsourcing of its IT architecture and maintenance programme, moving from a prime contractor framework to a multivendor outsource with the appointment of Capgemini as integrator.
  • Advising The Co-operative Group on the outsourcing of secondary distribution from depots in the North West and Eastern regions of their UK distribution network to Wincanton Group.
