IT outsourcing

Our team has extensive knowledge of best practice models for outsourcing IT systems and services. We use our specific experience to help clients establish multi-supplier operating models and manage complex transitions from 'monolithic' provider arrangements. We apply our knowledge to the operational needs of our clients, ensuring that our advice takes account of internal structures and stakeholder preferences.
We regularly advise IT suppliers and their customers, which means we have a good understanding of the IT market and what drives behaviour in it.
We support on significant high value, high risk, multi-year procurements in critical operating environments for public sector clients and businesses, and have done for many years.
This experience gives us an excellent understanding of the communications infrastructure and the technologies used within it. It also enables us to provide innovative procurement and contract solutions for procurers.
Outsourcing can allow access to 'best of breed' technology and service. We understand the importance of effective performance management and clear objectives and rewards with appropriate sanctions.
