He specialises in complex financial services disputes including professional negligence and fraud claims, business and corporate recovery, product mis-selling claims and bank security issues.
Andrew is also the Head of the Financial Services sector at TLT and is the strategic lead on legal and near-legal services provided to the firms’ FS clients. He has been immersed in the FS sector for many years and acts as the client relationship manager for a number of clients including one of the firm's large banking clients.
Andy qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and joined TLT as a Partner in 2007. Recent experience includes:
Strategic lead on one of the largest bank remediations projects in recent history involving allegations of the systematic mistreatment of SME customers.
Acting for a clearing bank in defence of a Film finance group action involving hundreds of claimants and various spin off claims involving smaller groups and individuals.

- Advising a range of lender clients on high profile ADR projects involving thousands of claims.
- Lead partner for a major bank on an internal investigation into its alleged mistreatment of SME customers, in collaboration with a magic circle firm.

- Acting for a major banking client on an FX Litigation project in collaboration with a global law firm.
- Acting for a bank on a £30 million claim against a member of the Saudi Royal Family.
