Knowledge Lawyer

Prior to moving into the Knowledge Lawyer role in 2024 Claire fee-earned at TLT, training with the firm and qualifying into the London FSDI team in 2010, becoming a Legal Director in 2019. During this time Claire undertook 2 secondments at a major UK clearing bank and was recognised by Legal 500 as a key lawyer in TLT’s professional negligence practice.
As a Knowledge Lawyer Claire supports all aspects of internal and external knowledge delivery for BLSG, including in relation to:
- Complex technical legal issues
- Current awareness, horizon scanning and thought leadership
- Articles for external publications
- Training internally, for clients and at industry events
- Engagement with industry bodies and professional associations.
Claire is a member of TLT’s Greener Disputes Committee and has a particular interest in ESG issues arising in the Financial Services sector.
Since becoming a Knowledge Lawyer Claire has written and assisted in the production of a number of articles, in particular in relation to the FCA’s anti-greenwashing rule, and case law updates in the professional negligence field.
