New legal requirement: Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
Discover Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) in a new webinar series hosted by Angus Walker, planning partner at TLT.
The first three sessions will introduce the fundamentals of BNG, which became a mandatory legal requirement for qualifying planning applications last year. A fourth webinar, focusing on the proposed application of BNG to nationally significant infrastructure projects (NSIPs), is planned for the new year.
Join us for a concise, expert-led introduction to BNG – what it is, why it matters and how it will affect developers, landowners, planners, ecologists and other professionals involved in land use and development. Feel free to join any or all of the sessions as you choose.
