Dawn is a member of the Law Society, a committee member of Women in Banking & Finance and Vice Chair of Governors at her local primary school.

Experience
- Dawn is acting for a major bank in a complex defended possession claim involving a number of parties involved in a distinguishable sale and rent back case.
Dawn has acted for another major bank in a complex Land Registry mistake case in the Court of Appeal. She successfully defeated claims to have the Bank’s legal charge removed from the security property. An adverse result could have had wide ranging industry implications and was a fantastic result for the bank.
Dawn acts for a title insurer in a wide range of disputes arising out of residential and commercial lending. She has advised an insurer on a claim involving a £35m loan which was secured against 29 wind farms and which saw enforcement action brought by the local authority.
