Emma Davies

She has over 10 years’ experience of advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts such as outsourcing, joint ventures, and franchising projects as well as day to day business arrangements, including agreements for the supply of goods and services, framework contracts and standard terms and conditions.

Emma has particular experience in strategic and transformative arrangements, working on a number of outsourcings for household-name clients involving logistics and distribution, business processes, and facilities management services. She also supports our corporate team for commercial contract advice and contracts relating to acquisitions, disposals and mergers and our property team on commercial arrangements relating to land acquisitions and developments.

Emma also has a strong understanding of retail and consumer goods businesses having completed several secondments to companies operating in this sector.
