He brings over 20 years experience of working with the largest and most high profile UK lenders.
Graham has a particular focus in terms of the how lenders deal with those customers in financial difficulty. He regularly assists his clients with their strategic thinking and approach to arrears process and management having regard to their regulatory obligations.
Graham leads a team which acts for many of the UK’s mortgage lenders bringing proceedings for possession of property where a borrower is not maintaining their payments. His team then handles the sale of any repossessed property.
Graham joined TLT in 1999 and became a partner in 2005. He joined from an inhouse background and has completed secondments to financial institutions during his time at TLT ensuring that he keeps himself up to date with the requirements of his mortgage clients.
