He has particular experience in complex and high value, commercial and retail debt recovery matters, which often involve reputationally sensitive issues.  He is experienced in defending financial institutions and receivers against claims from customers and third parties.

• Acting for a lender client on a long running claim in which the Claimant sought to marshal securities held by our client over properties owned by an alleged common debtor.
• Seconded to the Dispute Resolution team within the Legal & Secretariat function at Nationwide Building Society in 2024.
• Regularly advising receivership clients in respect of contentious matters arising from their duties, including emergency injunction applications.
