Legal Director
Jonathan is a legal director in the Commercial team, specialising in advising predominantly public sector clients in the local authority and blue light sectors on commercial contracts and procurement matters.
He frequently advises on structure and strategy on complex procurements with a view to securing positive procurement outcomes.
Jonathan has experience of various contract models having previously worked extensively on PFI/PPP projects. He has advised both public and private sector clients on projects in the aviation, health, accommodation, education, IT and housing sectors. This work gained recognition in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
Jonathan has undertaken an extensive secondment with a blue light client including working directly on two procurements that have been recognised for national awards for their innovation.
