• Advising on the establishment of a new joint committee to facilitate collaborative procurement activities between our client and other bodies.
• Advising a police force on the conditional acquisition for development of new central custody facility and complex negotiations with a local authority.
• Advising on a number of strategically important Freedom of Information Act requests, including advising on the application of exemptions and drafting responses explaining the reasons for withholding information
• Advising on complex IT projects for police applications and infrastructure including ICCS and Command and Control
• Advising on section 22A agreements major IT projects undertaken by a collection of police forces acting collaboratively
