Senior Associate

Kaileigh joined TLT in 2019 before becoming a Senior Associate in 2023.
Kaileigh is part of the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team working for a variety of financial institutions and fintech providers on a range of complex contentious and non-contentious matters including reputational considerations.
Kaileigh’s specialisms include matters arising from fraud and financial crime, financial product litigation (including mortgage mis-selling claims relating to unfair relationships, mortgage mis-selling and secret commission claims), data litigation and issues arising under the Equality Act 2010. Kaileigh also advises on complaints submitted to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

- Secondment to a bank during 2023 working on matters relating to consumer fraud, financial crime and regulatory industry initiatives.
- Acting for a major bank in a complex portfolio of mortgage mis-selling claims.
- Acting for and advising on a portfolio of complaints relating to authorised push payment fraud and complaints submitted to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
