Karen Furniss

Karen is a financial markets disputes specialist. Since qualification, she has primarily focused on large-scale, complex litigation and remediation projects for retail and investment banking clients, including high profile interest rate swap mis-selling claims in the High Court and Court of Appeal. She regularly advises financial institutions in relation to claims involving allegations of financial fraud and crime, alleged conspiracy, negligent investment advice, breach of contract and breach of regulatory obligations.

Karen has gained a broad range of banking litigation experience following three successful secondments to financial services providers.
