Mark represents and advises clients on a wide range of complex and contentious matters, with particular emphasis on financial services litigation, commercial litigation, property litigation, debt recovery (secured and non-secured), motor finance claims, contractual disputes and professional negligence. Mark also acts for a variety of fixed charge receivers in landlord and tenant disputes.
Mark's approach is centred on delivering strategic and commercially focused solutions to ensure his clients’ interests are protected while maximising recovery.
Mark is experienced at all levels of the Northern Ireland Court, ranging from Small Claims in the County Court to the High Court. Mark regularly attends Court to advocate on behalf of clients.

- Acting for a banking client in successfully defending against the threat of forfeiture of lease.
