Roy Grist is a debt finance lawyer with over 25 years' experience advising lenders and borrowers on a broad mix of national and international corporate banking transactions.
He has worked on syndicated and cross-border deals as well as transactions in the local market. His expertise covers real estate finance (investment and development), leveraged finance and asset-based lending work, as well as general corporate banking.
