Sarah advises banks, building societies and other lenders on all aspects of secured and unsecured lending recoveries, dealing with commercial and retail lending.
She acts for lenders in complex banking disputes and high value litigation, often involving reputational issues.
Sarah also has significant experience in acting for LPA receivers and fixed charge receivers, advising on all aspects of receivership and providing support on contentious matters arising during their appointments including injunctive relief applications.
Sarah is an Associate member of NARA (The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers) and also sits on NARA’s Council.
