She acts in the acquisition and disposal of large-scale retail, office, industrial and residential premises, both freehold and leasehold.
Caroline deals with all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant law providing strategic advice on commercial leases to landlords / owners and tenants as well as other portfolio management issues and She also undertakes due diligence delivering a wide range of large-scale acquisition and financing projects.

Advising a leading global asset manager investing in the real estate sector across retail, leisure and industrial estates.
Leading the team responsible for delivery of occupational leases and associated agreement for leases (including development agreement for leases) and supplemental property documentation and inter related construction documentation.
Acting for a prime bank affiliate acquiring and financing newly constructed residential apartments
Acting for a large private equity house in the acquisition and subsequent refinance of large scale light industrial portfolio.
