Legal Director
Caroline joined the firm as an experienced property lawyer specialising in real estate finance, commercial property transactional and asset management matters and principally acts on behalf of banks, lenders, pension funds, private equity houses, investors and landlords and tenants.
Caroline acts for a number of leading financial institutions on both lending and recoveries matters.
She acts in the acquisition and disposal of large-scale retail, office, industrial and residential premises, both freehold and leasehold.
Caroline deals with all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant law providing strategic advice on commercial leases to landlords / owners and tenants as well as other portfolio management issues and She also undertakes due diligence delivering a wide range of large-scale acquisition and financing projects.

Advising a pension fund (valued at over £380m) in relation to their UK wide office and retail portfolio.
Advising a global investment group with capabilities in real estate asset management dealing with retail (including food and restaurants) and industrial portfolios.
Advising a leading global asset manager investing in the real estate sector across retail, leisure and industrial estates.
Leading the team responsible for delivery of occupational leases and associated agreement for leases (including development agreement for leases) and supplemental property documentation and inter related construction documentation.
Acting for a prime bank affiliate acquiring and financing newly constructed residential apartments
Acting for a large private equity house in the acquisition and subsequent refinance of large scale light industrial portfolio.
Acting for a financial group acquiring future living units across new developments.
