Charlotte deals with disputes involving the Hire Purchase Act 1964, title disputes and Conversion claims, claims against guarantors, satisfactory quality disputes, misrepresentation and Consumer Credit Act disputes. Charlotte also assists lenders with recovery of debts and assets. Charlotte has a keen interest in consumer fraud issues in the industry.
Charlotte regularly advises lenders in relation to a broad range of issues as per the above and additional matters concerning misselling and allegations of undisclosed motor dealer commissions for example.
