Donna is a partner in the Real Estate team with over 15 years' experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. She acts for a number of impressive household names in the retail and leisure sector, assisting them with their lease acquisition and disposal programmes and management of their portfolios.
Donna also acts for a range of private property investors, assisting them in all aspects of the property life cycle from acquisitions to lettings and portfolio management and ultimate disposal of a broad range of commercial property assets including retail and leisure premises, offices and industrial properties, and for a number of banking institutions in connection with real estate finance work.
Donna’s extensive experience helps her to provide a value-added service with a commercial and pragmatic approach. Clients appreciate Donna’s acute eye for detail, approachability and commercial common sense.
