She supports clients with a wide range of commercial matters including drafting and advising on terms and conditions, commercial contracts (both supplier and customer arrangements), intra-group services agreements, introducer agreements and franchise arrangements.
She has experience on non-contentious intellectual property matters including trade mark licence agreements. Elizabeth also supports corporate and insolvency transactions, dealing with contracts and trading arrangements associated with company sales and administration sales acting both on the buy and sell side.
Elizabeth supports TLT’s lead franchising partner Pauline Cowie on franchising matters particularly in the retail and leisure sectors and international projects. She has recently spent two periods on secondment with one of our major franchising clients. Elizabeth has enrolled on the BFA’s Qualified Franchise Professional course in 2025 which is a formal recognition of professional knowledge, best practice and expertise in franchising.

Experience
- Drafting and assisting with the preparation of various international franchise agreements for a number of clients in the food and beverage sector (for the UK and Middle East) and the virtual reality gaming sector (for Germany, Spain, Romania, Australia and the GCC including Saudi Arabia), and assisting with local counsel in respect of the relevant disclosure requirements in such jurisdictions.
- Drafting a manufacturing and supply agreement for the manufacture and provision of products to an international restaurant chain.
- Assisting with the review, drafting and negotiation of a suite of commercial agreements for a client operating in the digital sector.
