Emily is experienced in contentious employment matters, frequently acting for employers in defending employment tribunal claims, particularly unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
In terms of non-contentious matters, Emily has experience in advising on settlement agreements, contracts of employment and day-to-day employment queries. Emily also has experience in delivering training to HR teams regarding employment law issues, including the Employment Rights Bill.
Emily acts for a number of clients with a particular focus on the financial services sector.
