Knowledge Lawyer

Lisa is a knowledge lawyer specialising in all aspects of corporate law.

She is responsible for undertaking complex legal research, providing updates on relevant legal developments, designing and delivering training programmes within TLT and for clients and producing legal briefings.

Lisa spent 8 years in the corporate team at Osborne Clarke with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital work. She then worked in house as senior legal counsel at Nationwide Building Society for a number of years before joining TLT.
