Managing Associate
Maria works primarily with retailers, leisure operators, developers, investors, and future energy providers advising them on a wide variety of commercial property issues including lease renewals, tenant default and forfeiture and the exercise of break and option notices.
She also advises clients in connection with adverse possession, easements, covenants, trespass, nuisance and boundary disputes.
Maria has specialist knowledge of The Pubs Code etc Regulations 2016.
Maria qualified in 2004 and joined TLT in 2014. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
