Mark regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland as well as the Housing and Property Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal.
Mark works with secured lenders on the enforcement of standard securities and other security deeds. He is also involved in several complex section 75 claims on behalf of major high street banking clients. These claims can cover a broad range of issues and Mark has worked with Senior Partners and Junior and Senior Counsel to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
Mark has developed considerable experience in commercial dispute litigation. He is instructed by corporate and private clients on complex lease disputes and dilapidations claims in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. He has helped to sustain a positive working relationship with various high profile clients which has allowed him to make substantial recoveries on their behalf.
Mark has amassed a lot of experience in the Housing and Property Chamber of the First Tier Tribunals, representing lender clients in dealing with commercial portfolios, but also individual landlords and tenants. Mark’s experience in working with parties on both sides of such disputes assists him in achieving positive resolutions for his clients.
