Michael qualified in 2008 and his expertise covers all aspects of Employment law. He has experience of dealing with all aspects of Employment Tribunal litigation as well as complex non-contentious matters ranging from redundancy consultations, TUPE, settlement agreements, contracts of employment, in addition to sickness and performance management of employees.
Michael also assists on corporate transactions advising on the employment issues involved with share purchases, as well as the TUPE issues in asset purchases.
In addition, he also has expertise in business immigration advising clients on bringing people into the UK to work legally and other right to work issues.
