Sarah Maddock

She is responsible for technical legal and best practice know-how and complex legal research.

Sarah ensures that TLT’s clients and lawyers are up to date on the latest HR legal trends, case law and legislation, including horizon-scanning information on anticipated changes.

Sarah designs and delivers training for both clients and lawyers, maintains the Employment team’s suite of precedent documents, and edits and writes on employment law for a wide range of internal and external publications. In addition, Sarah is actively involved in preparing and delivering the firm’s popular Employment Law Focus podcast.

After Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2003, she worked as a client-facing lawyer and then a Commissioning Editor for a legal publishing house. Sarah commenced work as a professional support lawyer in 2007.

Sarah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and the PSLs in Employment Network (PEN).
