Caroline advises clients on all aspects of bilateral and syndicated lending, with a particular focus on corporate finance, real estate finance (investment and development transactions), structured finance, social housing finance, green finance, debt restructuring and acquisition finance across a variety of sectors including hotels and leisure, retail and student accommodation.
She frequently works on cross-border transactions across a number of jurisdictions and also assists on the Northern Irish aspects of large group debt refinancing projects. Caroline has a strong reputation advising numerous international investment funds and asset managers on loan book acquisitions.
Caroline is ranked as a ‘Leading Individual’ in Legal 500 (2022) and was shortlisted for the Dealmaker of the Year Award at the Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards 2021.
