Managing Associate

Charlotte advises clients on all aspects of competition law with a focus on behavioural advice and compliance, corporate support (including UK merger control and National Security and Investment Act (NSIA) analysis) and large and high-profile competition authority investigations. She also has significant experience advising on strategic and day-to-day commercial arrangements, both on the customer and supplier side including supply, distribution, agency, outsourcing and commercial joint ventures.
Charlotte is a key individual in the firm’s NSIA practice. As part of her work, Charlotte has advised on the application of the NSIA regime to multi-million-pound acquisitions, facilitating pre-clearance for such transactions to legally complete within highly pressurised timescales.
