Managing Associate

Christina is a Managing Associate in the Banking and Financial Services Litigation team.
She is an experienced commercial litigator and advises on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contentious banking disputes, professional negligence actions, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and breach of contract claims. Christina also advises in a range of construction disputes and represents various clients in adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and High Court actions.
Christina acts for a wide range of finance houses, businesses, insolvency practitioners, company directors and private individuals in respect of both litigation and insolvency matters.
She is a member of the Society for Construction Law, and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
