The variety of disputes that Dominic works on includes, but is not limited to, housing conditions claims; commercial and residential landlord/ tenant disputes; trespass; nuisance; injunctions including anti-social behaviour; complex possession proceedings; boundary disputes; easements and adverse possession claims.
Notably, he has been key in winning and resolving housing conditions claims which the social sector has been inundated with. Similarly, he has been involved in several high-profile possession claims involving County Lines. In addition, he enjoys providing client training on a variety of areas, which is specifically tailored to the needs of each client with practical/ operational suggestions. Dominic has also been on secondment for a large Housing Association which was very rewarding.
