She is the ‘go to’ advisor for a number of clients advising them on day-to-day employment matters including capability, disciplinary and grievance issues. In addition, she assists clients with more complex projects including, for example, the TUPE aspects of corporate and property transactions.
Grace has extensive experience of advising on complex Employment Tribunal claims for Respondent clients, and she has a particular interest in discrimination issues. Grace is people focused and is motivated by the human element of her work. She offers agile and tailored advice to her clients and always with a smile.

Experience
Acted on a complex multi-claimant Employment Tribunal claim regarding bonus terms and discrimination issues. Grace managed to settle the claim at an early stage and ensured confidentiality was maintained and the company’s financial exposure was kept to a minimum.
Assisted with a large collective consultation exercise involving changes of terms and conditions of 500 employees. This involved providing day-to-day advisory support as well as drafting key documents bespoke to the client’s circumstances.
Advised an international client on the closure of their UK site, which involved making all of their UK employees redundant.
