Jordan has particular expertise in matters that sit at the intersection of litigation, regulation and business risk. He has acted on large-scale commercial disputes, competition litigation, multi-party actions, as well as regulatory issues arising from online safety legislation and digital regulation. He is experienced in guiding clients through complex and high-pressure situations.
Having advised both regulated institutions and global technology businesses, Jordan brings a practical understanding of the commercial realities facing clients. He has worked closely with senior stakeholders, in-house legal teams and operational functions to develop litigation and regulatory strategies aligned with wider business objectives. His experience includes responding to regulatory matters, managing substantial disclosure and review exercises, developing compliance frameworks and supporting clients through strategic disputes with significant financial and operational implications.

- Supporting a major technology business in responding to a European Commission Request for Information affecting one of its products within the EU, including coordinating a cross-jurisdictional response to regulatory information requests.
- Advising a regulated business on its compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, including managing regulatory engagement, coordinating internal investigations and drafting detailed written responses to the regulator.
- Supporting the defence of a leading automotive manufacturer in complex multi-claimant proceedings, including managing large-scale disclosure workstreams, document review exercises and wider litigation strategy.
- Advising on a complex commercial lending dispute, leading a substantial document review exercise involving extensive financial and transactional records, identifying key evidential issues, and developing strategic legal arguments to inform the client's overall litigation strategy.
