He has advised the internal legal teams of various inquiries and reviews, helping his clients to navigate a diverse portfolio of specialist issues including: public funding arrangements, data protection, restriction order applications and witness engagement. Josh is currently working on one of the UK’s highest profile inquiries supervising the Inquiry’s evidence review and disclosure processes.
Josh regularly uses his Inquiry Legal Team experiences to support witnesses and core participants to other inquiries and reviews, having historically advised clients in relation to a number of inquiries and reviews, including: the Grenfell Tower Inquiry, the Infected Blood Inquiry and the UK Covid-19 Inquiry.
Prior to joining TLT, Josh worked at the Government Legal Department in the Public Law Litigation teams. This built upon the experience and expertise he gained whilst completing a specialist family law pupillage on the South Coast.
