She regularly advises on both day-to-day employment matters including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence and performance management, as well as complex projects involving redundancy (including collective consultation), restructuring, outsourcing and TUPE aspects of property and corporate transactions.
Katie has extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, acting for employers on complex and commercially sensitive claims. Katie regularly advises respondents in respect of multi-party cases of discrimination, whistleblowing and industrial relations.
Katie acts as an extension to clients’ legal and HR teams to deliver results based on objectives. Katie regularly designs and delivers training for clients on a diverse range of employment law issues.
Katie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

- Acting for a number of large retailers defending complex employment tribunal claims including discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
- Representing a respondent in a large multi-claimant Tribunal claim on industrial relations matters.
- Advising various tech companies in relation collective redundancy consultation.
- Advising on the employment aspects of a corporate transaction, including TUPE and post-transfer redundancy advice.
