Molly’s experience covers a wide range of competition and consumer law matters.
She has extensive experience providing strategic consumer law advice to large businesses, with a particular focus on the digital sector, advising in relation to compliance with both existing and emerging UK consumer law requirements including price transparency, subscription contracts and unfair commercial practices. She also actively engages with regulatory discussion and consultations related to developments in consumer law.
Molly also provides behavioural competition advice and training to clients across a range of sectors. She recently completed the Kings College PG-Dip in EU Competition Law, in June 2025.
In addition, Molly has experience advising in relation to complex competition and consumer investigations brought by the Competition and Markets Authority – including both infringement investigations and market investigations, as well as appeals before the Competition Appeal Tribunal – supporting clients with information requests, consultations and hearings.

Advised comparethemarket.com on its appeal of the CMA’s infringement decision in relation to alleged anti-competitive use of most favoured nation clauses in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Advised a leading travel company during an investigation brought by the CMA’s COVID-19 Taskforce in relation to alleged consumer law and Package Travel Regulation breaches during the pandemic.
