Naomi is a senior paralegal with 20 years experience working within the Licensing (Retail and Leisure) sector before joining the Employment team in November 2020.

Naomi regularly acts for a variety of employer clients on contentious matters. Naomi has experience in employment tribunal litigation, defending claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination. Naomi regularly provides support to the wider employment team on all aspect of the tribunal litigation process.
