Paula advises on the set up and administration of charitable and personal trusts.
She advises trustees on:
- their roles and responsibilities as trustees
- compliance with the Charity Commission
- the preparation of annual accounts and annual trustee reports
- any trust documentation necessary for the day to day function of the trust
Experience
- Administering a charitable trust that makes in excess of 200 grants per annum, ensuring all terms and conditions and due diligence is met in a timely manner
- Advising the trustees of a charitable trust on the implications of having employees and the practical steps they can take to mitigate personal risk
- Preparing tax returns for a wealth of personal and charitable trusts
