Safiya has worked in the employment law sector since 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.
Safiya has extensive experience in managing employment litigation, including defending complex multi-party cases, discrimination and whistleblowing. Safiya also regularly supports businesses with day-to-day HR support on issues such as grievances and disciplinary matters, long-term sickness absence, performance issues, contracts, and policies.
Safiya’s approach to her work is client focused, ensuring her advice and approach is commercial and that client objectives are achieved.
