Sarah prides herself on building strong relationships with clients and delivering a service that suits each individual client’s needs.

Sarah also has a strong focus on how legal technology and innovation can be used to support delivering services to our clients. She has led on the delivery of our Employment Tribunal case management system and has developed bespoke reporting platforms which give clients real insights into the Employment Tribunal case load that we manage on their behalf.

• Defending a long-running and significant discrimination claim of race discrimination against a large building society client to Tribunal.
• Managing a complex and high-profile religion and belief discrimination claim on behalf of a retail bank
• Supporting financial services clients to operate "day to day" HR helpline services as a seamless part of in-house legal advice.
