Shauna provides assistance to employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a variety of employment law issues.
Shauna is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Lawyers Group NI.

Experience
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers and employees from their conception at ACAS Early Conciliation to the final hearing.
- Advising on employment aspects of a corporate transaction
- Supporting businesses in relation to internal processes and issues such as disciplinary matters, grievances and contracts/policies
