Stuart has 14 years' experience as a competition and regulatory lawyer and regulatory affairs and public policy director in the communications sector, covering regulatory and competition law investigations, sectorial and market reviews, Competition Appeal Tribunal litigation and administrative appeals, policy development and lobbying.
Before joining TLT, Stuart was director of regulatory affairs for BT Consumer managing all aspects of BT's regulation and compliance for its retail fixed line and calls, broadband, mobile, TV and sport businesses. Prior to joining BT Consumer, Stuart was Openreach's chief counsel for competition and regulatory law, dealing with multi-million pound regulatory and competition issues for the most highly regulated communications provider in the UK.
